Zoom video conferencing service introduces new features of the auxiliary tool Zoom IQ, based on artificial intelligence algorithms and developed on the basis of OpenAI technologies. The system offers advanced functions for processing materials at workshops and generating text.
The company recalled that over the past year, the service has introduced many features of Zoom IQ based on AI algorithms: intelligent recording of meetings with division into sections and highlighting key points, as well as a collection of proposals based on customer contacts, which helps to improve sales.
Having gone away for a short time, one of the members of the team, upon returning, receives a summary of what was discussed in his absence; the system helps to formulate his own sentences, and does it according to the style of communication of each user. Finally, based on the materials available on the working platform, generative AI composes emails addressed to customers, while the company employs only need to make individual edits to the text and choose its intonation.
The rollout of the new Zoom IQ features will start as early as April, but some of them will initially be available to a limited number of users by invitation only.
